Located between Milton and Guelph on the First Line of Nassagaweya, Old Orchard Farm is a teaching and boarding facility operated by the family of George Daunt and Linda Hale since 1987.

We are an active, family-oriented barn priding ourselves on delivering specialized programs to meet the unique needs of each individual rider.

Our goal is to assist each of our students to attain their equine dreams and aspirations, guiding them to be the best they can be while emphasizing fun, friends and sportsmanship.

Old Orchard Farm Labour Day Classics

Old Orchard Farm is once again offering two Classics at our Labour Day show to finish out the season.  Thank you to TSB for once again sponsoring the $1,000 TSB Classic.  The criteria for both are as follows:

TSB Classic - $1,000 total prize money

Horses at 2’9

Ponies at 2’6

Takes place in the Lower Sand ring, up the stairs to the Upper Grass Ring.

Horse/rider combinations must have competed at 3 of the 5 2010 Old Orchard Schooling Shows (can include the Labour Day show).

Prize money to 6th place

Ribbons to 8th

Will take place following the conclusion of the Pony and Open Hunter Divisions.

Handy Hunter Classic - $250 total prize money

Cooler to the winner

All entries jump 2’

Open to 2’ and 2’3 Pony division riders, Green Hunters and Low Adult Division riders.

Designed to be a fun classic open to those not able to jump in the TSB Classic.

Horse/rider combinations must have competed at 3 of the 5 2010 Old Orchard Schooling Shows (can include the Labour Day show).

Prize money to 6 th place

Ribbons to 8 th place

Will take place at the conclusion of the Low Adult Hunter Division in the West Sand Ring.
